During the 34th week of the year (August 17th to August 23rd, 2026), 24 companies working in Mexico posted press releases. Four companies reported activities on early-stage properties. Six companies presented quarterly reports while one more informed on an illegal blockade. One company announced a financing round. One company filed a technical report, two more companies presented drilling results on advanced properties and one more announced a board appointment. Six companies presented news on deals and corporate issues. ON MEXICO ISSUES, Mexico has lost four years on the development of its lithium industry. ON EXPLORATION, In Sinaloa, Mercado Minerals completed its maiden drill program at Copalito. In Durango, Pinnacle Silver and Gold reported underground drilling results at Potrero; Pacifica Silver obtained a drilling permit for its Claudia project. In Oaxaca, EV Resources further defines antimony bearing veins. ON MINING, Starcore International Mines, Luca Mining, Santacruz Silver, Mining Americas, Impact Silver and Dyna Resource presented quarterly reports. Endeavour Silver informed on an illegal blockade to its Terronera mine in Jalisco. ON FINANCING. Silver Storm Mining announced a C$7.5 M private placement. ON RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT, Mithril Silver and Gold filed a technical report on Copalquín, in Durango. Goldgroup Mining released results from drilling at its Don David mine in Oaxaca. Oroco Resource presented its case for an improving permitting process in Mexico. Kingsmen Resources presented drilling results for Las Coloradas, in Chihuahua. ON DEALS AND CORPORATE ISSUES, GR Silver adopted an advance notice policy. Madoro Metals updated on its reverse takeover transaction. Royalties Inc. demanded production evidence from the Cozamín mine in Zacatecas. Vortex Metals made two appointments and informed on a services agreement. Silver Dollar announced AGM results.
