During the 44th week of the year (October 26th to November 1st, 2026), 33 companies working in Mexico released press releases. Seven companies reported activities on early-stage projects. Five companies reported quarterly results. One company closed a financing round, another granted stock options, one more announced a dividend, another a change of market and two more attended conferences. Three companies reported drilling results, one announced an incoming PEA, while one presented an exploration update. Eight companies reported on deals and corporate issues. ON MEXICO ISSUES, Elon Musk related companies seem to be looking for rare earths in Sonora. ON EXPLORATION, in Sonora, Zacatecas Silver reported surface assays and received drilling permits at Cúmaro, Algo Grande Copper presented drilling results from Adelita, Tocvan Ventures disclosed trench assay results from Gran Pilar. In Chihuahua, Kingsmen Resources presented drilling results. In Sinaloa, Mercado Minerals announced surface assay results at Zamora. In Durango, Pinnacle Silver and Gold received permit for drilling and disclosed next phase of work at El Potrero, Pacifica Silver reported drilling results from Claudia. ON MINING, Newmont, Alamos Gold, Capstone Copper, Agnico Eagle and Teck Resources reported Q3 Results. ON FINANCING. Barksdale closed a private placement for C$15.7 M. Teck announced a dividend. ON MEXICO ISSUES, no relevant news. ON EXPLORATION, In Sonora, Algo Grande reported drilling assay results from the Cerro Grande skarn discovery at its Adelita project. In Chihuahua, Kingsmen released additional drilling results from its Las Coloradas project.  ON MINING, Endeavour reported temporary reduced capacity at its Guanacevi mine in Durango. ON FINANCING, Equinox announced that it elected to exercise its rights to redeem all of its outstanding USD $172.5 million aggregate principal amount of 4.75% Convertible Senior Notes due October 15, 2028. Vortex Metals upsized its previously announced non-brokered private placement to CAD $1.4M. Silver Tiger announced a CAD $87M Bought Deal Financing and provided an update on the expected capital expenditures for the construction of the mine and process plant for El Tigre in Sonora. Capital Silver announced that it will participate in the Gentile Mining Investor Forum in London. Elementary Royalty acquired an uncapped 2.5% gross revenue royalty covering Silverco´s La Negra mine in Queretaro. Apollo Silver reported that Ejido Benito Juarez in Buenaventura Municipality in Chihuahua called a second community assembly to consider lifting the moratorium on mineral exploration affecting the Cinco de Mayo project, and later on clarified misleading media reports. Luca Mining acquired Cozamin mine in Zacatecas from Capstone Copper Corp. for total upfront consideration of USD $290M and up to an additional USD $95M in deferred and contingent consideration. Silver Hammer announced that its common shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the symbol “HAMRF” and that its common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through the Depository Trust Company in the United States. The Mining and Exploration News in Mexico; Highlights on the Third Week of September 2026

During the 38th week of the year (September 14th to September 20th, 2026), 33 companies working in Mexico released press releases. Not a single company reported activities on early-stage projects. One company reported quarterly results. Five companies were added to the GDXJ ETF and one more began trading on the TSX. One company informed on a financing round for US$125 M, another raised A$1.5 M and one more obtained a US$200 M loan facility. Two companies declared a quarterly dividend and one another consolidated its shares. Four companies released drilling results from their advanced properties. One company reported mineral reserves and resources for its properties, one another informed on surface access and one more on an agreement on mining concessions. Twelve companies reported on deals and corporate issues. ON MEXICO ISSUES, no relevant news. ON EXPLORATION, no relevant news. ON MINING, Starcore International Mines presented quarterly results. ON FINANCING. Heliostar Metals, Elemental Royalty, Silver Tiger, Silver Storm Mining and Sinda were included on the GDXJ. Goldgroup Mining upsized its private placement to US$125 M. Santacruz Silver Mining is to trade on the TSX. Elemental Royalty declared a dividend. EVR raised A$1.5 M and consolidated its shares. Aura Minerals secured a US$200 M loan facility. ON RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT, Capitan Silver announced drilling results from its Cruz de Plata project in Durango. Apollo Silver informed on community support at Cinco de Mayo, in Chihuahua. Axo Metals reported step out drilling results at San Antonio, in Sonora. Kootenay Silver released drilling results from Columba, in Chihuahua. Pan American Silver reported mineral reserves and resources, including several of its Mexican properties. Americas Gold and Silver announced good drilling results from Cosalá in Sinaloa. ON DEALS AND CORPORATE ISSUES, Sailfish Royalty entered into an agreement with Mako Mining. Pacifica Silver and Silver Tiger announced AGM results. Fresnillo plc reported on board changes. Elemental Royalty completed the acquisition of Vizsla Royalties. Minaurum Silver announced management appointments. Orex Minerals informed on reporting framework. Zacatecas Silver announced a services agreement. Xali Gold provided an update on its Mexican properties. EV Resources changed name to Antimony Resources.
