During the 27th week of the year (June 29 to July 5, 2026), at least 23 press releases were issued by companies operating in Mexico and 1 news published by the media. Of these, thirteen related to deals and corporate matters, four covered resource and development updates, three discussing social issues, two reported production results, one presented exploration results and one addressed Mexican-related issues. ON MEXICO ISSUES, El pago de utilidades pone en riesgo la titularidad de contrato en la mina La Herradura de Peñoles. ON EXPLORATION, In Oaxaca, EV Resources reported that underground channel sampling at its Los Lirios project returned multiple high-grade antimony results. ON MINING, Agnico Eagle and Alamos Gold informed that they will be presenting their Q2, 2026 results on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. ON FINANCING, No relevant news. ON RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT, Orogenannounced permitting update for portal construction at Ermitaño´s Navidad deposit in Sonora. Talamore Mining provided an update on the Mineral Resource Estimate at its Cristina project in Chihuahua. Southern Silver reported underground channel sampling results at the Puro Corazon mine at its Cerro Las Minitas project, Durango. Mithril announced an upgraded Mineral Resource Estimate for the Target 1 deposit at its flagship Copalquin project in Durango. ON DEALS AND CORPORATE ISSUES, Almadex sold its NRS royalty on El Cobre project, Veracruz to Minerales Críticos de Mexico S.A.P.I. de C.V. Vizsla Royalties announced that an independent proxy advisor firms have recommended shareholders to vote for the proposed plan of arrangement involving the company and Elemental Royalty Corporation. Pinnacle appointed Auramet Capital Partners as Lead Project Financier for El Potrero project, Durango. Discovery Silver announced that effective on Friday, July 3, 2026, the company´s common shares will trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under its newly approved name “Discovery Mining Ltd”. Regency Silver reported that a recording of its live investor webinar held on June 25, 2026 to review 2025/2026 drill results at Dios Padre project in Sonora is now available for viewing. Teck mailed a letter of transmittal and election form in connection with the merger of equals with Anglo American. Goldgroup and Gold Resource announced that their shareholders have approved the arrangement agreement and plan of merger. Centenario Gold clarified in a news release the engagement of ICP Securities Inc pursuant to the market making services agreement as announced on June 8, 2026. Guanajuato Silver and Regency Silver reported voting results from its 2026 Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders. Mining Americas informed that trading of its common shares will commence on the Toronto Stock Exchange on July 3, 2026. Goldgroup confirmed the consolidation ratio for its previously announced consolidation of the Company’s issued and outstanding common shares without par value, and granted stock options to certain directors of the company under its omnibus equity incentive plan. The Mining and Exploration News in Mexico; Highlights on the Second Week of May 2026

During the 20th week of the year (May 11th to May 17th, 2026), companies working in Mexico released 39 press releases. Two companies informed on early-stage property work and ten companies presented quarterly reports. Two companies adopted semi-annual reporting, one company declared a dividend, one more repaid a loan, and one other closed a private placement while one more granted stock options. Three companies released drill results on their advanced projects, and one more updated the technical report on a property. Five companies announced appointments and officers changes, one company is acquiring more ground, two mid-tier companies announced their merger, one company reported its AGM results, and the acquisition of a royalty company was announced. ON MEXICO ISSUES, no relevant news. ON EXPLORATION, in Sonora, Tocvan Ventures reported continued drilling and exploration at Gran Pilar. In Chihuahua, Kingsmen Resources completed topographic surveys at Las Coloradas and Almoloya. ON MINING, Orla Mining, First Majestic, Altius Minerals, Heliostar Metals, Osisko Development, Elemental Royalty, Discovery Silver, Americas Gold and Silver, Avino Silver & Gold Mines, Santacruz Silver and Golden Minerals reported quarterly results. ON FINANCING Silver Viper and Regency Silver adopted semi-annual reporting. Coeur Mining reported a dividend. Heliostar Metals granted stock options. Guanajuato Silver repaid a gold loan. J2 Metals closed the second tranche of a private placement for C$356 K in gross proceeds. ON RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT, Goldgroup updated the technical report on the San Francisco mine in Sonora. Capitan Silver released results from drilling at Cruz de Plata in Durango. Defiance Silver announced drilling results from its Zacatecas project in Zacatecas. Mithril Silver and Gold provided assay results from drilling at the Target 1 of its Copalquin project in Durango. ON DEALS AND CORPORATE ISSUES, Oroco Resource, Minera Alamos, Vizsla Silver, Regency Silver and Goldgroup announced appointments to the board.
