On Exploration

  • Odyssey Marine Exploration Inc. announced that the environmental permit for dredging to proceed at its offshore San Diego phosphate project in Baja was denied. On the bright side, the permit was denied on grounds of only one issue: the potential impact of dredging operations on sea turtles.
