Mexico’s Best Drilling Intercepts, Fourth Week of August 2026

Two companies presented results during the week from drilling campaigns of properties in Mexico.

Mithril Silver and Gold provided details on drilling at its Copalquín project in Durango. Recent drilling targeted the Copalquín-Zaragoza corridor, that now extends 550 m of strike-length, with the projected vein remaining untested 400 m to towards Target 1 (Refugio) and 600 m to Target 4 (San Manuel). Results on this zone also carry base metals values, probably reflecting an intermediate sulfidation phase of this predominantly low sulfidation epithermal system.

Minaurum Silver reported drill results from the Europa, Quintera-Travesía and San José vein zones. The holes reported are part of the 50,000 m Phase-II resource expansion drilling program. Mineralization at Alamos silver presents characteristics of intermediate sulfidation epithermal systems.
