Heliostar Metals and Prime Mining informed on drilling campaigns during the week from projects in Mexico. Heliostar reported results from La Colorada, in Sonora, whit the current drill program intending to expand mineral reserves for a feasibility study (FS) and expansion decision by mid 2025. Mineralization at the Creston Pit is in North, Intermediate and South veins, surrounded by halos of smaller mineralized vein zones, hosting a current mineral reserve of 312 K Oz Au grading 0.76 gpt Au, 10.1 gpt Ag.

The results released by Prime Mining are from a 2024 expansion drilling campaign at its Los Reyes project in Sinaloa. The results reported are from the Nochebuena zone, at the southernmost part of the Central Trend. The results are said to define a new high-grade shoot several hundred meters beyond the October-2024 resource update, with mineralization remaining open along strike and at depth.
