Only Defiance Silver reported drilling results this week related to properties in Mexico. The company has a large (4,300 ha) semicontinuos land position in the Zacatecas district, in Zacatecas. Within this land package Defiance has three project areas: San Acacio, focused on the Veta Grande vein system, with a 17 M Oz Ag inferred resource. Lucita, with the Palenque structure and Lagartos, within the Mala Noche belt. The holes in this release “were designed to improve the main Veta Grande structural model and test splays to the Veta Grande system, including the footwall San Herculano structure”.
