During the 31st week of the year (July 27 to August 2, 2026), at least 30 press releases were issued by companies operating in Mexico and 1 news published by the media. Of these, ten reported production results, nine related to deals and corporate matters, four announcing financing activities, three covered resource and development updates, three presented exploration results and two addressed Mexican-related issues. ON MEXICO ISSUES, Vulcan losses multi-million dollar claim against Mexico over Calica mine in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. Mercado Minerals, Tocvan and Pacific Silver reported the best drilling intercepts in Mexico on the fifth week of July, 2026. ON EXPLORATION, In Chihuahua, Radius provided an update on its Amalia project. In Sinaloa, Mercado Minerals reported drill results from el Pilar Vein at its Copalito project. In Durango, Pacifica identified new high grade Aguilareña mineralized shoot at Claudia project, and provided an exploration update.  ON MINING, Starcore, reported Year End 2026 results. Silver Storm announced first concentrate shipment from its La Parrilla mine, Durango. Santacruz, Endeavour, First Majestic, Golden Minerals, Agnico Eagle, Alamos Gold, and J2 Metals reported Q2, 2026 production and/or financial results. Mining Americas announced that it will release its financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 on August 17, 2026. ON FINANCING, Zacatecas Silver closed first tranche of a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of CAD $1,475,194.07. Altius closed transaction increasing ownership interest in Great Bay Renewables and announced increased credit facility. Centenario Gold announced the cancellation of an aggregate of 1,720,000 stock options. Discovery Mining increased and extended to USD $400M from USD $250M, a revolving credit facility. ON RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT, Axo secured major environmental permit approval for its San Antonio Gold project in Sonora and cleared path for production. Mithril reported its June 2026 quarterly activities for its Copalquin and La Dura projects in Durango. Barksdale released results from the core re-sampling program at its San Javier project in Sonora, and completed the final payment to Tusk to own 100% of the property. ON DEALS AND CORPORATE ISSUES, Goldgroup appointed Javier Reyes as Interim Chief Executive Officer effective immediately, and announced the transition of Allen Palmiere form his role as President and Chief Executive Officer and expect he remains in an advisory capacity to support an orderly leadership transition. Minaurum informed the engagement of Paula Montoya to significantly advance the geological understanding of its flagship Alamo Silver project in Sonora. Orogen Royalties announced updates for its partner funded exploration stage projects and royalties for the first half of 2026 and forecast for the remainder of the year. Tocvan appointed Brodie Sutherland, as Executive Chair, Christopher Gordon as Chief Executive Officer and Rodrigo Calles as President.  Orla receives court approval for business combination with Equinox Gold. Equinox and Orla complete business combination, creating North America´s New Senior Gold Producer. Teck and Anglo announced future Anglo Teck Executive Leadership Team. ON MEXICO ISSUES, Torex Gold, Advance Metals, and Minaurum Silver reported the best drilling intercepts in Mexico on the third week of July, 2027. ON FINANCING, Pinnacle arranged a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to USD $2.2M. Riverside completed an initial founder financing for Ravena Resources in advance of proposed TSX Venture Spinout. Altius Minerals announced a bought deal public offering for gross proceeds of CAD $181.5M. Mexican Gold closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of CAD $2,299,000, and will change its name to Platauro Metals Corp-, effective on or about July 20, 2026. Zacatecas Silver announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to CAD $2.5M to advance Oso Negro drill program in Sonora. ON RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT, Silverco Begins Exploration Drilling at La Negra Project in Queretaro. Torex reported results from the drilling and exploration programs at ELG underground and the Media Luna Cluster in Guerrero. Minaurum engaged SGS Metallurgy and Consulting Geological Services to update the Mineral Resource Estimate on its Alamos Silver project in Sonora. Sierra Madre received drill permits from SEMARNAT to commence drilling at the East district of the Guitarra mine in State of Mexico. Silver Storm commenced hot commissioning of the sulphide circuit at La Parrilla mine in Durango. Tocvan announced a development plan for pilot mine operations at its Gran Pilar project in Sonora. Advance Metals reported drill results from its Gavilanes project in Durango. ON DEALS AND CORPORATE ISSUES, Silver Storm amended the Samsung prepayment agreement and secured CAD $5M Loan from First Majestic. Vizsla Royalties received shareholders and court approval for plan of arrangement with Elemental Royalty. Southern Silver engaged the services of ICP Securities to provide automated market making services. Goldgroup and Gold Resource are expected to commence trading under the ticker symbol “GORO” on the NYSE American LLC after the closing of the merger. Apollo Silver announced the resignation of Ross McElroy as President and CEO, and resigned from the Board of Directors: Colin P Sutherland will assume the role of President and CEO, effective July 15, 2026. Gold Resource received notification from the FTSE Russell that following the company´s previously announced merger with Goldgroup, the combined company will not eligible for inclusion in the Russell 2000. During the 28th week of the year (July 5th to July 12th, 2026), 42 companies working in Mexico posted press releases. Six companies on early-stage work at five properties. Ten companies updated on quarterly reports. One company repaid a loan, and another one began trading on the OTCQX Best Market. One company released a PEA, five companies released drilling results from advanced properties and two other companies informed on construction advances. Sixteen companies presented news on deals and corporate issues. ON MEXICO ISSUES, no relevant news. ON EXPLORATION, In Sonora, Algo Grande Copper presented geophysical studies results from Adelita, Zacatecas Silver completed a sampling survey at Oso Negro, Questcorp Mining and Riverside Resources completed a geophysical survey at La Unión. In Durango, Pacifica Silver informed on geophysics and drilling at Claudia. Torex Gold reported voting results of its 2026 meeting of shareholders.  Guanajuato Silver accelerated partial repayment of the company´s gold loan with Ocean Partners UK Ltd.  Elemental Royalty published its 2026 assets handbook and announced new corporate website. Aura announced that its Board of Directors approved the repurchase of its common shares and Brazilian Depositary Receipts.  Goldflare entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Quitovac Gold Holdings LLC and Minera Granite S.A. de C.V., to acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Granite, the legal owner of the Quitovac Gold project in Sonora.  Elemental Royalty declared quarterly dividend. The Mining and Exploration News in Mexico; Highlights on the Second Week of June 2026

During the 24th week of the year (June 8th to June 14th, 2026), 26 companies working in Mexico posted press releases. Three companies informed about early-stage property work and one company poured its first doré. Two companies joined an additional Index, one company announced a normal course issuer bid, one more announced a dividend, and another the closing of a private placement. One company secured construction permits for an underground mine, one more announced the arrival of another drilling rig, two companies released drill results on their advanced projects, and another one announced a fatality on an advanced project. Nine companies presented deals and corporate issues. ON MEXICO ISSUES, LitioMx was obliged to present information on its budget and exploration activities after the institution had reject to do so on grounds of National Security (the preferred method applied by the actual and past federal administrations to evade the obligation to disclose information). The US$0.81 M annual budget was 97% applied on salaries for 17 employees, and no budget was allocated to any specific project. EXPLORATION, in Sonora, Questcorp Mining and Riverside Resources are to commence a phase 2 drilling campaign at La Unión. In Oaxaca, EV Resources informed on geophysical targeting at Los Lirios. ON MINING, Silver Storm Mining conducted the first doré production at La Parrilla. ON FINANCING. Altius Minerals is to join the S&P/TSX Composite Index, and Coeur Mining the S&P MidCap 400 Index. Elemental Royalty announced an issuer bid. Salifish Royalty declared a dividend. Sonoro Gold closed an oversubscribed private placement. ON RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT, GoGold Resources obtained the final permits for construction of the Los Ricos South underground mine. Capitan Silver announced the arrival of an additional rig at its Cruz de Plata project. Mithril Silver and Gold released drilling results from its Copalquín project. Kootenay Silver announced a fatality at its Columba project. Pacifica Silver reported drilling results from its Claudia project. ON DEALS AND CORPORATE ISSUES, Avino Silver & Gold Mines announced key appointments. Heliostar Metals and Zacatecas Silver announced the closing of the definitive option agreement on non-core Heliostar properties. Silver Spruce Resources announced management changes and the grant of options. Americas Gold and Silver closed on an agreement to settle silver and gold delivery obligations. Luca Mining provided an operations and corporate update. First Majestic reported on its AGM. Galore Resources provided an update on the Dos Santos project. Capitan Silver informed on its AGM results. ON SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, Santacruz Silver published its 2025 sustainability report for its Mexican operations (Zimapán, Hidalgo).
