(“SilverCrest” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the filing of a technical report titled, “Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Las Chispas Property, Sonora, Mexico” (the “PEA”), with an effective date of May 15, 2019. The PEA was independently completed for the Company by Tetra Tech Canada Inc., in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The results of the PEA were previously announced in the Company’s news release dated May 15, 2019.
