THUNDER BAY, January 25, 2019 – Premier Gold Mines Limited (PG: TSX) (“Premier” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive credit agreement (the “Credit Agreement“) with Investec Bank plc (“Investec”), as administrative agent for the lenders for a US$50 million secured revolving term credit facility (the “Investec Credit Facility”). Premier is also pleased to announce financing arrangements with OMF Fund II SO Ltd. and Orion Mine Finance Fund II LP (collectively, “Orion”) for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$18.2 million. Details of the terms of the Investec Credit Facility and the Orion financing arrangements are described below.
