(“Silver Spruce” or the “Company”) is very pleased to announce that the Mexican government environmental authority, SEMARNAT, has completed its review of the Informe Preventivo filed by Silver Spruce (see Silver Spruce press release of July 5, 2018), and effective on July 19, 2018, has approved the drill program proposed for Silver Spruce Resources de Mexico, SA de CV’s Pino de Plata Ag-Pb-Zn-Cu-Au project located in the Sierra Madre Occidental, Chihuahua State, Mexico. Silver Spruce contracted PRODEMIN, SA de CV to manage the environmental permitting process.
