Oceanus Resources Corporation (“Oceanus” or the “Company”) (TSX:OCN) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced bought deal offering of 25,000,000 units of the Company at a price of C$0.23 per unit (the “Offering”) which includes 3,260,870 units issued pursuant to the exercise in full of an over-allotment option, for gross proceeds to the Company of C$5,750,000.
