This past week saw little activity in exploration news and zero news on financing.
In Sonora, Azure Minerals announced partial results from its delineation drilling at Mesa de Plata, showing a higher silver grade core 150m x 400m surrounded by a larger lower grade halo 900m long x 150m wide. Goldcorp’s El Sauzal in Chihuahua became the first mine in the world to be decommissioned according to the International Cyanide Management Code (“ICMC”). In Sinaloa Greath Panther Silver released results on its diamond drill program, which focused on infilling and expanding higher grade areas. Results are highlighted by intersections like 9.2 metres (6.51 metres true width) assaying 11.28g/t gold and 212g/t silver.
