Vancouver, Canada: Radius Gold Inc. (TSX-V: RDU) announces that in accordance with the terms of its option to acquire a 100% interest in the Amalia Gold-Silver Project located in Chihuahua, Mexico (see Radius news release of June 22, 2017), the Company intends, subject to stock exchange approval, to issue 74,183 common shares in its capital stock to the Project owners. The shares will be issued at a deemed price of $0.09 per share.
