Prior to that, Gina was CFO at two Vancouver investment dealers. She holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. In connection with this appointment, the Company has granted 100,000 incentive stock options to Gina Jones exercisable at a price of $0.20 per common share for a period of five years.
