(the “Company” or “Minera Alamos”) (TSX VENTURE:MAI) is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated June 23, 2022, it has closed its non-brokered private placement offering of 7,950,000 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $0.55 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of $4,372,500 (the “Offering”). No finders fees were paid.
