Vancouver, BC – Goldplay Exploration Ltd. (TSXV: GPLY, FRANKFURT: GPE, OTCQB: GLYXF) (“Goldplay” or the “Company”) announces that it has made its final issuance of shares to a drilling contractor engaged under the shares for services previously announced on May 16, 2019. Under this issuance, the Company has issued 259,443 common shares at a deemed price of $0.185/share for services valued at $47,997. These shares are subject to a hold period expiring April 21, 2020, in accordance with applicable securities laws.
