Vancouver, BC – Goldplay Exploration Ltd. (TSXV: GPLY, OTCQB: GLYXF) (“Goldplay” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company will undertake a private placement (the “Offering”) of up to 8,800,000 common shares at a price of $0.125 per share for gross proceeds of up to $1,100,000. The proceeds of the Offering will be used for exploration on the Company’s San Marcial property in Mexico and general and administration costs for its operations in Mexico and Canada.
