(the “Company” or “Maverix”) (TSX-V: MMX) is pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of a significant portfolio of 50 royalties (the “Royalty Portfolio”) in accordance with the Purchase and Sale Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into with Newmont Mining Corporation and its affiliates (collectively, “Newmont”) on May 29, 2018 (the “Transaction”).
