Coeur Mining Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results

Chicago, Illinois – October 27, 2021 – Coeur Mining, Inc. (“Coeur” or the “Company”) (NYSE: CDE) today reported third quarter 2021 financial results, including revenue of $208.0 million and cash flow from operating activities of $21.8 million. The Company reported GAAP net loss from continuing operations of $54.8 million, or $0.21 per share, which included a $26.0 million non-cash write-down of Mexican value-added tax (“VAT”) refunds and non-cash unrealized losses of $35.7 million on strategic equity investments, primarily related to Coeur’s 18% equity ownership of Victoria Gold Corp. (“Victoria”) during the quarter. On an adjusted basis1 , Coeur reported EBITDA of $48.8 million, cash flow from operating activities before changes in working capital of $34.8 million and net loss from continuing operations of $2.6 million, or $0.01 per share.

Gold Resource Corporation Reports Robust Financial Results For Q3 and First Nine Months of 2021

DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / October 27, 2021 / Gold Resource Corporation (NYSE American:GORO) (the “Company“, “We“, “Our” or “GRC“) earned net income of $1.5 million or earnings of $0.02 per share reflecting the significantly higher gold grades mined and processed during the quarter, offset by fewer tonnes processed due to the temporary shutdown of operations due to COVID-19. Revenues were strong at $29.0 million. Cash flow from operating activities was $5.7 million in the third quarter of 2021 bringing our cash balance at September 30, 2021 to $29.5 million, an increase of $4.1 million for the first nine months of 2021. The Don David Gold Mine produced and sold a total of 9,170 gold equivalent ounces, comprising 5,809 gold ounces and 255,394 silver ounces sold at an average price per ounce of $1,762 and $23, respectively. Total cash cost was $466 per ounce of gold equivalent (after co-product credits) and all-in sustaining cost was $1,031 per ounce of gold equivalent (after co-product credits) for the third quarter 2021.

Southern Silver Reports on New Mineral Resources at Cerro Las Minitas Project

MAG Silver Reports Pre-Commissioning at Juanicipio and Third Quarter Underground Mine Production

MAG Silver Corp. (TSX / NYSE American: MAG) (“MAG” or “MAG Silver”) is pleased to report 2021 third quarter production of underground development material from the Juanicipio Project (56% / 44% Fresnillo plc (“Fresnillo”) and MAG Silver, respectively).  As reported to MAG by the project operator Fresnillo, 57,127 tonnes of development material were processed during the three months ended September 30, 2021.  Total Juanicipio production for the quarter based on provisional estimates before offtake agreement adjustments, totaled 667,532 silver ounces and 1,107 gold ounces (MAG’s attributable 44% interest: 293,714 ounces of silver and 487 ounces of gold). The associated lead and zinc production will be reported with MAG’s third quarter filings.
