today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.025 per common share. Additionally, the Company repurchased 600,000 shares at a cost of $4.5 million, or $7.50 per share, under its Normal Course Issuer Bid (“NCIB”) thus far in August.
