As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic the British Securities Commission has granted temporary blanket relief for market participants from certain regulatory filings pursuant to BC Instrument 51-515 Temporary Exemption from Certain Corporate Finance Requirements. The blanket relief provides a 45-day extension for periodic filings normally required to be made by issuers.
