(DSV.H)(nex:DSV.H) (“Discovery Metals” or the “Company”) today announced the appointment of Murray John as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the appointment of Jose Alberto Vizquerra Benavides to the Board. Additionally, the Company has created an advisory committee (“Advisory Board”) consisting of Arturo Bonillas, Cal Everett, Craig Roberts, Moira Smith and Sean Tetzlaff. Mr. Bonillas will serve as Chairman of the Advisory Board. The appointment of Mr. Vizquerra and the creation of the Advisory Board will be effective on completion of the Company’s Change of Business transaction (the “Transaction”) and completion of the associated $10 million private placement financing as previously announced on June 8, 2017.
